Free CPD course training

FTA Ltd Ltd makes small extracts from its financial training courses available online free of charge.  Most professionals who are in legal, accounting or other professional practice are required to complete a minimum number of hours’ CPD (Continuing Professional Development) training per year, with CPD requirements determined by their professional body.  Depending on the CPD requirements of your professional body you may be able to credit the time spent studying the course material below against your CPD obligations.

Debt free cash free: valuation course training

This CPD course explains the role of debt free cash free valuations in the sale and purchase of businesses. The material is of interest to accountants, lawyers, principals, finance executives, bankers and other advisors dealing with the purchase and sale of businesses.  The course concludes with a multi-choice interactive online quiz. Free Excel financial modelling course training
